REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

No CRYSTALS / STONES displayed on the portal is subjected to any refund or return.
If Refunds get approved, it will be processed within 7 days and further will be initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.
In case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of the refunds.
In case of Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 10-12 working days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We strongly not accept any return / refund if you don't like the product or size since we only provide return (if applicable) on damaged product. This is Pyrite, all sizes / shapes are different and we don't have any control over it.
